Every animal on earth has a parasite cleansing ritual.
Meanwhile, the modern human being doesn't even believe parasites are real. But they exist. And they're in our gut.
So how do we get rid of these suckers?
We often see these buzz words: ❉ Parasites ❉ Gut Microbiome ❉ SIBO ❉ Candida
Are they talking about the same thing? If not, what are the differences?
See, the gut is the center of your being.
It dictates how your brain performs, and how you feel on a day-to-day basis.
SIBO is a condition where bacteria that’s usually confined in your large intestine finds itself in the small intestine.
Candida is a type of yeast in the gut that causes problems when they’re present in large quantities.
Both SIBO and Candida overgrowth are consequences of bad dietary choices that usually include the consumption of: ❉ Seed oils ❉ Artificial Dyes ❉ Iron-fortified foods
Parasites are different. They are microorganisms that need a host.
Unlike bacteria, they don’t spit out anything in return. They exist to live off their hosts completely.
Tapeworms, hookworms & pinworms are examples of some that leach nutrients off a host at their expense.
It’s normal for every animal to have some parasites. Problems arise when they accumulate, and you start feeling the effects of their presence.
