There is also a hit piece on Häagen Dazs, the once based ice cream brand that has found itself with pesticides in it's cream. Very sad. Now, now, go ahead and finish the pints in your freezer like what I did in a fiery blaze of endless affogatos (unless you have vanilla tub that expires july 23'. In that case, the ethylene oxide should go in the bin).

After his death, the Ptolemaic dynasty made sure the best works of the planet were consolidated. In this one library. Every language, genre and culture was contained in The Great Library of Alexandria.

They made it custom to keep the original in the library and humbly give the contributor a hand-made copy.

At one time, it was said to have over 400,000 scriptures. Amazing.

Of course, we all know what happened in the end. It burned in a fiery blaze of glory, which some say is the work of Julius Caesar, ironically (though apparently it was not intentional)

Good thing for us is that there's a new library in town
