I decided to sell the MicroStartups site and newsletter.

I have less time to work on it, so I'm looking for someone to continue the business I started.

In today's newsletter, I'll describe the project, including assets and the price I'm looking for.

I started the project one year ago with the idea to build a community of founders and increase # of new startups for Microns (my main project).

That's why I built a directory + newsletter to engage and study people around startups.

In May, I launched MicroStartups on Product Hunt, and it was a success (we ranked in 5th place with 337 upvotes).

Since then, the project has grown organically from social, SEO, and word of mouth.

• Database with 258 live startup listings, and 63 are waiting to be published;
• 659 newsletter subscribers with a 50% open rate and 48 campaigns;
• Twitter profile with 279 followers;
• 14k impressions and 230 clicks in the last three months from Google;
• Around $190 in revenue from featured listings and affiliate program.

1) The person has the motivation to run the project;

2) The person understands how to develop it further;

3) The offered price.

Here's the breakdown of all assets and their price:

1) Domain - $30;

2) Website design and development - $1.5k;

3) Hosting, database, and CMS - $276/year (already paid);

4) Newsletter list and Twitter profile - $659 ($1 per subscriber);

5) One month of post-sale support - $480 (4 hours of meetings and 4 hours online support);

Total: $2,945
