This Wednesday, April 5, 2023, from 9 a.m.-EDT to 12:00 p.m. EDT, join a range of experts from public health training institutions, implementation, and policy-oriented organizations to explore implementation science (IS) capacity development opportunities, their utility, and availability across contexts and for different audiences. Through three dynamic panels and facilitated discussion, the session will highlight perspectives on IS capacity strengthening approaches. The aim is to identify what works, major challenges and how to improve IS training aims and modalities to better meet real-world needs. The session will contextualize the value of IS capacity underscored by the recent pandemic experience and emerging mental health and development issues.
