Often we can't accept that so-and-so did such-and-such to us. Or, we can't accept the failings of our parents or close family. Or we don't want to accept that we're not happy in a relationship or that we can't take the path we'd hoped for.
Acceptance is hard. Because acceptance can often lead to grief and sadness and a sense of loss.
However, acceptance is the fulcrum for change, for new action steps towards meaningful change.
Thankfully acceptance comes in two parts, so you can take your time with it:
1 - become willing to be in acceptance
2 - move into acceptance
The imagery on the tarot can support a process of acceptance as each archetype expresses something 'human' and relatable. It may give you a glimpse of something; the little nudge that you need to move onwards.
Is there something you might be willing to accept, in order to move on?
