Luncheon Reservations & Cancellations
To attend a luncheon, reservations should be made on Thursday prior to the luncheon. Cancellations should be made before noon on Friday prior to the luncheon—you are responsible for the cost of your lunch if you don’t cancel by that time.
VERY IMPORTANT - Any questions or responses past Friday noon should be made by phone or email to the Vice President and NOT through the electronic invitation or to the restaurant (list your name, phone number, and email address). Thank you!
Due to processing fees for accepting credit and debit card payments at luncheons, we will be adding a $1 convenience fee for all lunches paid by card. As always Checks and Cash are most welcome. Thank you for your understanding.
