Seal Coating Peachwood Drive

The remaining Seal Coating of the streets in 2023 is taking place on July 28th. The areas being seal coated are Unit 8 Peachwood Drive and the parts of intersections that were previously not coated to allow for access.

The date for the street and the map are listed below. Please take a minute to verify if your street is affected and, if so, when.

When seal coating occurs, no vehicle or golf cart access to driveways will be allowed from approximately 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. the following morning to allow for proper cure time.

Trash and Recycling Collection

In coordination with Trilogy the Town of Gilbert will be conducting early Trash and Recyclable pick up on Friday, July 28th in Unit 8 of Trilogy.

Residents in Unit 8 affected by the Seal Coating Street Maintenance may put their trash and recycle bins on the street the night prior to pick up as normal.

Bulk Trash Collection Change

As a reminder the Town of Gilbert is conducting Bulk Trash pick up this week and is scheduled to be completed by Friday.
