Over the next 5 days my goal is to help you to learn 5 easy keto recipes to help you lose weight and increase your energy.

What is the Keto Way of Eating?

Ketogenic eating involves consuming high amounts of healthy fats, moderate amounts of protein, and low levels of high-antioxidant carbohydrates, such as green, leafy vegetables. It is a gluten-free, sugar-free way of eating. It can also be dairy free, if desired.

Head over to our Facebook group and post a picture of your smoothie. It will be fun to see how it turned out.

I'll be LIVE in the Facebook group tonight to share alternative versions of this recipe and answer any questions you may have. Look for the live streaming video at 6pm MT. Can’t be there?
