Q2 is almost over, and while we've seen some increase in activity, the market really didn't move nearly as much as anticipated.
The main theme for this last quarter was lender pulling back from lending and tightening up the lending requirements. We hope that the recent Fed meeting, which did not include a rate hike, the market will loosen up a little and we'll see more transactions.
