On this day, July 4, in 1776, a nation was declared and born through The Declaration of Independence.
Did you know? Already over a year old, the war (American Revolutionary War) would continue for another seven years until September 3, 1783 when Britain finally acknowledged the sovereignty and independence of the United States of America.
We hope you enjoy your July 4th holiday and take some time to give thanks and reflect for all those that sacrificed to give us this country we call home.
