Shannon and Jacksyn go back to the early days of our Shelter opening in West Mifflin - we could not have grown like we have in the past year without awesome and dedicated volunteers like them.
Shannon is a big fan of connecting with cats as they wait for their people - and has a soft spot for the chonky bois! Jacksyn is 12 years old and is a rising 7th grader at Elizabeth Forward. She and her mom are regulars, sometimes they even bring the whole family! They share their home with the little bro and sis - as well as two dogs, Beau and Ripley and two cats, Phineas and Phoebe. Phineas was adopted from the shelter last year!
