Welcome to Collins Epic Wargames News, June 2023 edition. Origins is just around the corner and we're also sharing some exciting news about what's next for Polyversal, a new Arsenal feature, restocks, and more.

Collins Epic Wargames is pleased to announce a partnership with Strato Minis Studio from Poland, makers of exceptional 6mm miniatures and known for their Hardwar game, to create multiple new Polyversal battlegroups with Combatant Tiles. Artist James Masino will return to create all new artwork and Ken Whitehurst and Byron Collins will design and balance the battlegroups. Collins Epic Wargames has ordered and received 74 miniatures from the extensive Strato Minis line to begin the selection and design process. 

Each battlegroup and any stretch goals will be fully designed with completed artwork prior to launching a Kickstarter campaign to raise funding for production. These battlegroups will offer nice additions for existing Polyversal players and an excellent introduction to the game for new players.

Carl Olsen has been at it again, this time adding functionality into Polyversal Arsenal that allows creation of Active Building Tiles. Active Buildings in the game may be occupied, destroyed, contested, and may include multiple features like defensive and security systems. You can now make these in Arsenal. Instead of picking the tile as a Vehicle, Cavalry, or Infantry, simply select Building instead. Guidelines are included in the Polyversal rulebook in the Building Design section at the end.

Collins Epic Wargames will have a large booth at Origins Game Fair in Columbus, Ohio this year packed with demos of Polyversal and Spearpoint, all of our products on hand, and more. If you're able to make it to Columbus, OH this year, please stop by booth 318. Also, we're thrilled that Polyversal is an Origins Award nominee this year for Best Miniatures Game.

As part of the prep, Byron is creating a new 2'x4' addition to our cityscape terrain that features an abandoned intermodal rail yard in Z-scale along a coastal sea wall / dock. (To follow along on the WIP terrain, check out our Polyversal Discord server in the Painting and Terrain channel).

We are currently restocking some Polyversal add-ons that we created tiles to support. These restocks include the Infernus (though we still have some remaining) and Warthog MLRS (sold out) from Microworld Games as well as the M-82 Boyd, M-83 Curtiss, and M-65 Ridgway (all 3 variants) (all sold out) from Brigade Models. We'll let you know when these hit our store. Each add-on is sold with a production Combatant Tile. Note that we still have plenty of Ares and Janus as well as a few Tigerclaw minis. We also still have all initial battlegroups in stock. The add-ons we offer are listed on our website at the link below.
