In my cool working place, www.blwrk.be in Fortress N°5 in Edegem (the South of Antwerp), we are going to take the following steps in value creation thanks to the data vault that the Flemish Government is giving to every citizen.

If a visitor wants to make a reservation for a meeting room, the personal data of the visitor will get a connection with the digital twin of the meeting room. A time slot can be booked while agreeing on terms and conditions for meeting room usage.

When the visitor starts using the meeting room, he/she will open the door with the smartphone, and the invoicing will happen automatically, token-enabled. No person will be involved in the transaction; the data is private.

We will bring together the data vault given by our government, the world-class technology of Threefold, and the expertise of co-workers in a use-case for our beautiful co-working place.

Sustainability professor Jan Jonker proposed the Clover Business Model Canvas for business modeling for these kinds of projects.

• Offer = Technological prototyping for the sharing economy.
• Design structure = Bringing together in a case in the sharing and functional economy:
  - knowledge of data and token interoperability, GDPR, IT security, smart contract for IT, digital twins
  - experience in running a coworking space
  - open-source technology, e.g., Threefold
• Principles = All co-workers and parties involved have advantages in co-designing the offer. We aim for multiple profits and share the benefits.
• Community structure = Co-workers pursuing their professional goals in the specific innovation space, BLWRK and its community, our neighborhood, Threefold, and all citizens.
• Values = We want to show the world that we believe that we can co-design our way towards sustainable prosperity and that we are grateful for the beautiful place in nature.
