It's been three years since I published my debut novel, Rue. Some days, I still can't believe it! I wanted to be an author my whole life--it was my biggest dream, hope, fear, dread, prayer--everything all rolled into one! I doubted myself and lacked confidence for so many years until I finally resolved I was going to do it, no matter what!
It's been a crazy, wild, roller-coaster ride, but I'm taking this one day to pat myself on the back and reach out into the book universe to say THANK YOU. I couldn't do this without my amazing readers and about a hundred other people in my life who have helped me achieve my dream.
So my question to you today is this:
DO YOU HAVE A DREAM?
What will it take to help you reach it? I know it's easy to just put it off for another day, but I challenge to take one step TODAY toward making your dream come true too.
