July 2023 | Vol 25

Do you Use the Community Fitness Center?

Beginning August 1st, the side entrance to the Gym will be restricted to Fob Access only.

Amenity Access Codes will still be used for the pool gate and bathroom doors, and the Fitness Center will still be accessible via the Amenity Center main door when the manager is on-site.

You will only need a fob if you use the gym afterhours or on the weekends.

Springfield Fob Policy

Each home is allowed a maximum of 2 fobs.

The first fob is free, and the second fob is $25.

Replacement fobs are $25.

It is the responsibility of the homeowner to report a lost or stolen fob to ensure their fob is not used without their knowledge.

Already ordered your fob?

We have had to order additional fobs due to the high request volume.

We are going to do a mass fob import to reduce time once the additional fobs are received.

Once we have processed your request, you will receive an email with information on how to pickup your fob.
