Hello, My Dears!
I’m writing this on my screened porch, where I feel like I’m in the middle of a bird fest. Birds are singing and yacking to each other from all four corners of the backyard. Spring has sprung at last!
This week’s episode of Forget Me Not starts quietly enough — Eula and Maisie are getting food ready to take over to Elise’s house-raising and chatting about this and that — but it ends with a big bang of drama. I won’t spoil it for you; just be sure to listen all the way through to the finish!
We’ve also got a new Diary of a Mad Quilter episode for you. If you’re hoping to spend some time with Marnie and Sheila drinking coffee and eating baked goods, you won’t be disappointed! Sometimes these two remind me of Lorelei and Rory in “The Gilmore Girls,” only unlike our two friends in Stars Hollow, Marnie and Sheila actually do put on the pounds when they imbibe massive amounts of pastry. Somehow Lorelei and Rory never do. Must be nice …
