Dear ,
We're delighted to report that the Great British Summer is due to finally make an appearance! The forecast is looking sunny and dry so our deck bar is in full swing with pizzas every evening. Come and make the most of our unparalleled drinking and dining location on the riverside. Members are welcome to bring guests and children.
Leander's Oktoberfest returns next month and this time, we're providing an incredible Bavarian Feast to complete the authentic experience. We're pulling in a host of beers from our local breweries, plus an array of authentic German beers, served in steins. The Bettesteiner Footstompers will be playing toe-tapping oompah music to transport you to Bavaria! Live funk and pop music continues into the evening. Our athletes will be putting on an ergo championships for everyone and a free bouncy castle will keep your children entertained! Dig out your lederhosen and dirndl and tag us on insta for a chance to win the Best Dressed prize - our guests rocked the look last year!

Fawley win in Kanghua quad
Leander was delighted to win the Fawley Challenge Cup at HRR – its biggest win yet in the Kanghua quad, delivered last year.
As well as notching up some impressive race results, Leander athletes provide invaluable feedback to Kanghua, which has helped the manufacturer to develop and refine its boats – and means that Leander athletes can use high-spec equipment that meets their exacting requirements.
Kanghua have a few new developments up their sleeve, which we hope to benefit from in the future, not least a collaboration with another major manufacturer, which will significantly increase the hulls available, as well as lifting its boat-building technology still further.
