How are you? How was your summer?
The weather gods have thrown a lot at us this month, we survived storm Antoni while we were at Wickham Festival, unfortunately we were in a very exposed location so spent much of the time looking like we were closed to keep out the driving wind & rain, which meant that we didn't get to share EMMETT Technique with many people during the weekend.
Thankfully the end of August brought Victorious Festival , the weather was nearly perfect and living so close to Southsea common it felt very relaxed getting our pitch set up, with a short walk to open each day, and returning home to our own bed & bathroom at the end of each day - we could even hear the headline acts when we had our windows open!
We are both grateful that we are able to look after each other with our therapies, as we wouldn't have been able to do the move and events without the ability to ease the aches & pains we had with all that additional activity, and now we're moving towards autumn, and can hopefully settle and rebalance ourselves, I'll be seeing my homeopath in a couple of weeks and I continue to have regular Bow-EMM sessions with Paul.
