30+ diverse speakers have been invited from various bioregions within Europe to share their projects, expertise, and strategies for a healthy and vibrant food system.

In the programme, we showcase how permaculture can be applied to the garden, community and farm scale: Sheila Darmos will show how to directly connect organic farmers to consumers. Matteo Mazzola invites us to his impressive permaculture site in Italy. Charlotte Kottusch will present the strategy of the Food Policy Council of bringing politicians, citizens and producers to the same table.
