Anyway! Moving on.
It has been a wild ride lately. The kiddos returned to school (yay!), and the husband and I got COVID only a week into the school year. I was down for the count for a few days, and the lingering brain fog made it difficult to think for even longer. So... Getting COVID? -100/10, do not recommend. Thankfully, there's no lasting effects (I don't think). Here’s hoping that we will stay healthy for a very long time.
This one will be short today since I have very few updates to share with you. Because of what's been going on in my life, I haven't gotten as much writing as I wanted to get done. I've only written two chapters in the last month, which is just horrible progress for me, but hopefully, now that I'm back to myself, I can get more words down!
Now I’m off to do some chores before sitting down to write because I really have missed it. (And maybe fight with my website because it doesn't want to update for me... Rude.)
