Let's get SPOOKY!

It is officially my absolute, 100-percent, without-a-doubt, no-joke-about-it FAVORITE month. And honestly, what’s not to love? Not only are the days filled with the perfect temperature out, but there’s also Halloween!  I may not dress up anymore, but it’s always so amazing to watch the delight on my kids’ faces as they walk around the Square and get candy from all the booths. (We live in a very rural area, so door-to-door trick-or-treating isn’t much of a thing for us.) And now we’ve got little Duck to join in on the fun, as well (though he’s only 9 months old, so there isn’t much he’ll remember).

Anyway. I’m right on track for a late-January release of Long Time Gone, so I am super-excited about that. I’ve also got the first 2 chapters of my next book written, which is fantastic (in my opinion, anyway). It's got a few tropes I think you will enjoy: grumpy/sunshine, he falls first, opposites attract. I’m so eager for this to be out in the world!

Another thing: Scars & Souvenirs is only 99¢ until the 21st of October!

One last thing (and if you've made it this far, I thank you!): My friend, Emerson, needs ARC readers for their upcoming New Adult book, Tomorrow. The summary and link to sign up are below.

Okay, I think this is everything; I’ve got a few errands to run and chores to do! Have a lovely, lovely day. (And please, feel free to send me pictures of your Halloween!)

Tomorrow

Erin Hartley has enjoyed the relative success her band has had in the States. So it’s no surprise when they’re slated to be an opening act on an overseas tour. Armed with her best friends and favorite guitar, she fights through the anxieties to endure the ups and downs of life on the road. She gets more than she bargained for in the form of new friends—and feelings for a guy who barely recognizes that she exists.

Until she needs him more than she’s ever needed anyone before.

Will Grayson’s help be enough to light the spark, or will what’s between them fizzle out?
