How has this year started for you? At The NETWORK, we are continuing with the intention of helping you to make 2023 your best year yet.

Our upcoming February event is an invitation to Discover Your Power
If we call them powers, strengths, or abilities, we all have them—but some of us are more aware of them than others. Discovering what they are and using them will make a difference in our personal and professional lives.

Unfortunately, time and time again, all kinds of studies and meta-analyses come to the same conclusion: a tiny percentage of the population uses their strengths in their professional or personal lives. This also means companies are not entirely using their employees’ potential.

It is equally important to be aware of limitations and blind spots and not let them affect your performance or drain your motivation. Sometimes we spend too much time and energy trying to improve our limitations or weaknesses. Yet, working to bring our powers or strengths to performance levels could give us the satisfaction we need to improve our lives.

That reminds me of a famous quote attributed to Albert Einstein, but whoever said that was a genius: “If you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will live its whole life believing that it is stupid.”
Hopefully, after this event, you will feel confident that you already have more powers than you thought. Furthermore, you will be convinced that focusing on developing your powers instead of losing too much time trying to climb “the tree” will give you more satisfaction and increase your motivation.

About this Event

During this event, you will understand what it means to have different behaviours and working styles in a team.

The teams and companies that win in the long run, where people want to work and stay, cherish and encourage diversification - also when it comes to personalities and behaviour.

You will learn more about your natural strengths, limitations and blind spots. What is your working style (both as an employee and entrepreneur), and what fuel do you need to feel motivated, to feel much more confident and grounded?

As usual, drinks and snacks will be served during the networking part of the event.

Five Week Fellowship Programme for Entrepreneurs
The Young Transatlantic Innovation Leaders Initiative is the U.S. Department of State's flagship program for young European entrepreneurs ages 25-35 of age who are interested in growing their businesses internationally (in the U.S. or Europe) by gaining new valuable know-how
developing a network of founders, business partners and investors in 45 European countries and the U.S.
