Hi ,
We're reaching the fourth quarter of the year and already we hear of "Quiet Quitting" (or QuitToks on TikTok for our Gen Z readers); the latest buzz after "The Great Resignation" surfaced and waned off.
Deloitte found that 77% of workers have experienced burnout on the job and that 42% have quit as a result of the toxic excesses of hustle culture.
We appreciate that the post-Covid era has awoken epiphanies for the working class to seek their passion and meaning in their careers, as well as renouncing the hustle culture that birthed the burnout generation.
How can leaders then motivate their teams to excel without risking burnout?
There's definitely a way to manage this.
