“World Environment Day is celebrated every year on 5 June. This date was proclaimed by the General Assembly of the United Nations in 1972 with the aim of raising awareness of environmental issues among the world’s population and intensifying political action.
For Santa Eulària des Riu Town Council, the protection and preservation of culture and the environment are fundamental pillars, and it has incorporated these principles into the DNA of municipal management.
The environment is part of our daily lives. Small gestures that go unnoticed, such as depositing packaging waste in the appropriate container, have a positive impact on the sustainability of the planet. The ECO-UC fair was created to publicise and highlight all the small and large actions that we do and/or can do to care for the quality of the environment. For this reason, we invite all entities, companies, associations, NGOs and experts in environmental matters to present their services, projects, materials, products and ideas to the public at the third edition of the fair.
