1. One thing we love on this newsletter is when big tech companies host conferences. They're always full of juicy new products. This week, it was Meta's turn. A few highlights: the Meta Quest 3, Ray-Ban Meta smart glasses, and Xbox Cloud Gaming. Check out more details here 🤝
   
2. OpenAI watch out, because some major competition (with deep pockets) is coming. Amazon will be investing up to $4B in AI startup Anthropic. Check out more about the deal here 😳
3. Meanwhile, Spotify announced it will be partnering with OpenAI to begin cloning podcasters' voices and automatically translating podcasts into other languages. Sounds like a quick way to multiply the reach of podcasts on its platform 📈
4. It was a big week in the AI world as OpenAI also brought a number of new capabilities to ChatGPT including the ability to take in images as part of prompts and also the ability for it to speak and have verbal conversations 🗣️
5. In a time when most companies are adding new changes to improve customer privacy, Reddit appears to be going the other direction. The platform will reportedly be removing the ability to opt out of having your activity on the platform tracked for serving personalized ads. Their claim: by tracking your activity, they need to use less of your personal information 🤷‍♂️
