Wow. Since our last announcement, we’ve received countless messages of excitement and encouragement regarding our official release.

Before we move on, we want to share more information and answer some of your most frequently asked questions.

We’ve heard you loud and clear. There were voices in the beta community expressing concern about the name “Voice Clarity,” so we have decided to take your advice to heart. The official release of GOYO will be named Supertone Clear, which we believe is a clearer expression of the product.

• GOYO Beta sign-ups will close on October 1st, 2023. No additional emails will be accepted afterwards.
• GOYO Beta will close on November 1st, 2023. You will not be able to use the GOYO Beta plug-in afterwards.
• While we focus on preparing the release of Supertone Clear, we will not be responding to individual support requests. Upon official release, we will have an official help center to provide support and address more issues.

• How do I qualify as a beta user?
  • If you are receiving this email, you are a GOYO beta user! This means anyone who has signed up for GOYO Beta on goyo.app with an email address before October 1st, 2023.
• How and when can I get the special discount for beta users?
  • A discount code will be delivered to you via email upon the official release. You will be able to use this code during checkout to apply the discount.
• Will Supertone Clear work offline?
  • You will be able to use Supertone Clear completely offline, except for when activating and deactivating the plug-in.
• Will there be a trial version?
  • Yes, there will be a free trial version to test out Supertone Clear before you decide to purchase.
• Will Supertone Clear work on my device?
  • While Supertone Clear will have the same system requirements as GOYO Beta, the improved CPU performance will allow it to run more smoothly on more devices.
• Will it be a subscription?
  • No! The $99 price ($29 for you) is a one-time payment for a perpetual license.
• Will there be an enterprise license?
  • While there won’t be a separate enterprise license, there will be no limitations regarding enterprise usage of Supertone Clear. Please wait for the exact licensing terms to be announced.
• Do you store my audio data?
  • No, we don’t store any audio data for training our neural networks, or for any purpose.
